Do I need a credit card?
No. The current signup flow does not request payment information.
Are there paid tiers or add-ons?
No. All available features are included.
Are there learner or record limits?
There are no plan-based learner, household-member, or record limits. Normal technical safeguards and request limits still apply.
What happens if pricing changes?
The public pricing page and terms will be updated before paid access begins. An account cannot be charged unless its holder deliberately provides payment information through a billing flow.
How do I cancel?
There is no subscription to cancel. You may stop using the service at any time or schedule account deletion from Settings. Household owners can transfer ownership or delete the household data, with a 30-day recovery window.
Can I export my records before leaving?
Yes. Reports can be downloaded as PDF or CSV files for any selected date range.
