Service and eligibility
Learning We Keep is operated by its individual builder. These Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice govern your access to the website, web application, and related account services.
By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms. The service is intended for adults who can enter a binding agreement and manage learning records for their household. It is not designed for a child to open an independent account.
Accounts and households
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, activity under your account, and promptly responding to suspected unauthorized access. Household invitation links should only be shared with trusted adults. People who join a household can access its shared learning records under the current household-access model.
Account deletion is available in Settings. Household owners can transfer ownership to an active adult member or schedule deletion of the account and household data. Scheduled deletion has a 30-day recovery window before permanent erasure.
Your learning records
You remain responsible for the learner names, plans, notes, attendance, goals, and other information you provide. You give Learning We Keep permission to store, process, reproduce, and display that information only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service. You must have the right to provide the information and should avoid details that are not needed for your household record.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate the law, harm or exploit a child, infringe another person’s rights, enter another household without permission, disrupt or probe the service, bypass security or technical limits, transmit malware, or generate abusive automated traffic.
Pricing and cancellation
Learning We Keep currently costs $0 and does not request a credit card. The service has no billing flow, so an account cannot be charged unless the account holder actively chooses a paid option and provides payment information.
There is no subscription to cancel, and you may stop using the service at any time. Features may change, be limited, or be removed. Reports can be downloaded as PDF or CSV files, and families should maintain any separate copies they need for legal, educational, or archival purposes.
Educational and legal disclaimer
Learning We Keep is an organizational tool. It is not a school, teacher, accreditation service, legal adviser, tax adviser, or government agency. It does not determine what a learner should study or guarantee that records meet state, provincial, national, umbrella-school, portfolio, or other requirements. Families remain responsible for the requirements that apply to them.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Interruptions, errors, data loss, and feature changes are possible. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Learning We Keep does not make implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or compliance with a family’s legal or educational obligations.
To the extent permitted by law, Learning We Keep is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from use of the service. Rights and remedies that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
These terms and the Privacy Notice are the current agreement for the service. They may change as the product develops. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
A public contact address is not currently published for this service.
